Martin (Marty) D. Brown has vast experience and expertise in healthcare and has performed a multitude of projects for small and large physician groups as well as health systems related to compensation plans, clinic profitability analyses, overhead analyses and financial oversight, physician billing, Stark II analyses, valuations, strategic planning, and business office reviews.

Mr. Brown has performed numerous business valuations in his career in many different industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries. He serves on the Board of Governors of ValuePoint Consulting Group, LLC.

Mr. Brown has also testified as an expert witness in numerous litigation support engagements related to business valuation matters, damage estimates, non-compete agreements, accounting and regulatory matters, and certificates of need.

Mr. Brown is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Health Lawyer's Association, Medical Group Management Association, and Health Care Financial Management Association. He has served as a speaker or presenter well over 100 times for numerous organizations including Medical Group Management Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and Tennessee Bar Association.

Mr. Brown is a 1985 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin istration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee.
