Carol Carden provides business valuation and related consulting services to a wide variety of business organizations, primarily in the healthcare industry. Ms. Carden's primary areas of expertise are in finance, valuation, managed care and revenue cycle operations for healthcare organizations. She has performed appraisals of businesses and securities for a wide variety of purposes such as mergers, acquisitions, estate planning, and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Carden is a 1988 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, she has also earned the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (Business Valuation discipline) and has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ms. Carden has spoken numerous times on business valuation and fraud topics and is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers where she serves on the Exam Redesign Sub-committee of the Education Committee. She is also a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
